Our 2025–2027 Strategic Vision

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas (BBBSCA) is proud to share our bold new strategic plan, designed to strengthen mentoring relationships and expand our impact across Central and Southeast Arkansas. Guided by our mission to ignite the power and promise of youth, the plan focuses on four pillars:

• Reach: Expand access to mentoring so more youth can benefit from one-to-one support.

• Relevance: Build trust and engagement through strong community connections and alumni involvement.

• Revenue: Diversify funding through grants, corporate partnerships, and individual giving to ensure long-term sustainability.

• Resources: Strengthen staff capacity, technology, and partnerships to enhance service delivery.

Through measurable goals and intentional community collaboration, BBBSCA will continue creating life-changing mentoring experiences that help every child reach their full potential.
