Dr. Harvell Howard has over 20 years of experience advancing youth development, education, and community impact across Arkansas and beyond. He has held prominent leadership roles with Arkansas Summits, Inc., the City of Little Rock, and the Urban League of Arkansas, and played a key role on teams leading award-winning student success programs at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He holds a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies, a Master of Public Service, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and business. As Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas, he leads efforts to expand mentoring, strengthen partnerships, and support youth success.

Blake Tierney is a proud LGBTQ+ public service professional. He has over a decade of experience helping government agencies, nonprofits, and community groups work for positive change, particularly in youth development, early childhood, and behavioral health. Blake has worked closely with grassroots groups like the Multi-Faith Youth Group of Arkansas and Queer Collective, and established institutions like Our House and the Age-Friendly Little Rock Commission. Blake is an AmeriCorps Alumnus with a Master of Arts in Public Service & Nonprofit Administration (Marquette University) and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Hendrix College).

Marame Hughes graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelors in Communications. She has a history of working with children through volunteer work and summer programs. As a Program Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas, she enrolls volunteers and kids (Littles) into the program, matches them with a mentor (a Big), and supports each match relationship. Marame is also passionate about promoting BBBSCA to local organizations to collaborate on fundraising and activities for Littles, Bigs, and their families. As a former Little herself, she sees it as her mission to uplift youth of all backgrounds to achieve their future goals.
