EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

For over 50 years, BBBS of Central Arkansas has partnered with companies in Central Arkansas to provide high-impact volunteer opportunities to corporate partner staff. Our employee engagement opportunities, ranging from one-time events to long-term one-on-one mentoring matches, allow companies to offer a BBBS of Central Arkansas mentoring experience within the comfort and ease of the workplace. With curricula focused on career and college readiness and professional development, corporate employee volunteers help Central Arkansas youth learn about and work toward real-life professional success. Today, we are present in over 15 schools and afterschool programs, working towards providing evidenced-based mentoring and high-impact mentoring for nearly 200 students each school year.
