We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kristin Koenigsfest as Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas (BBBSCA), effective August 28, 2023.

Kristin brings a wealth of experience to her new role of providing strategic leadership in the planning and implementation of quality-based, integrated nonprofit and government programs. She comes to BBBSCA from a distinguished career at the Arkansas Department of Human Services, Arkansas STEM Coalition, Girl Scouts Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, the Arkansas Out of School Network, and UALR Children International.

Over the past two decades, she held positions of increasing responsibility and complexity culminating in a wide network of collaborative partnerships and expertise in program implementation, strategic planning, fundraising development, grant acquisition, personnel management, and community alliance-building in nonprofit and government entities. Her key responsibilities at BBBSCA will be to develop a strategy for fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and operations and coordinate programs for children and families across Central Arkansas.

Please join me in welcoming Kristin Koenigsfest to the BBBSCA and wishing her every success. She may be reached 501-441-2070 or kkoenigsfest@bbbsca.org.

I enjoyed reading about the new executive director appointment and how leadership changes can help organizations continue making a positive impact in their communities. It reminded me of following updates from local charities and seeing how strong leadership often brings fresh ideas and renewed energy. During a busy period of study, I used Law Assignment Writer while managing multiple deadlines, which helped me stay organized. The post is a good reminder that dedicated leaders can inspire growth and strengthen community support.
