How to Get Involved
Host a recruitment event
Hundreds of Central Arkansas youth are waiting to be paired with a caring adult. Help us share our youth mentoring opportunities with your employees by hosting a recruitment event, such as:
-
30-Minute Lunch and Learn
-
Happy Hour
-
Company Volunteer Fair

Volunteer as a corporate group
We have several group mentoring program opportunities for employees to volunteer. Our Bigs in School and Bigs Afterschool programs are great opportunities for employees to volunteer at various times or as a group.
Other options to explore together could be Beyond School Walls and Big for a Day. For the Beyond School Walls program, we bring youth to your workplace to learn about your career, do fun mini-activities, and talk with employees. Big for a Day can look two ways: 1) you host an event, such as a kickball game or arts and craft night, to bring together our current matches and waitlisted Littles, then employees pair with our current matches and waitlisted Littles for the activity, or 2) your employees visit one of our school or afterschool programs together for a special activity day.
